Scratch Built Nose Cones Using Crown Method
Thanks to Serge for the idea. This was my first attempt at making my own nose cones using the Crown method and same tube as used for the airframes. They aren't "perfect" but now I can make nose cones for pretty much any size tubes.
The small cone is 1 1/4 inches in diameter. The cone on the right is 2 3/8 inches in diameter and is finished and painted below. Not a bad olgive attempt if I may say so myself.
